The Brecks Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, staffing, inventory, and administrative duties
– Motivate and lead a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets
– Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by setting a strong example for the team and handling any customer concerns
– Conduct regular inventory audits and implement effective inventory management processes
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community to drive sales and brand loyalty
– Create and implement effective merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns
– Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to increase sales and profitability
– Train and mentor new and existing staff on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
– Consistently maintain the store’s appearance to the highest standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers and staff
– Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify areas of opportunity, and recommend solutions to improve store performance
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
