We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated HR Assistant to join our expanding team. This role will provide administrative support to our HR department and assist in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job listings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and conducting reference checks

– Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations

– Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide guidance and support as needed

– Coordinate and schedule training and development programs for employees

– Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies

– Assist in the performance management process, including scheduling evaluations and maintaining records of feedback

– Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies and make recommendations for updates and improvements as needed

– Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

– 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field

– Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

– Excellent organizational and time-management skills

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

– A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the HR field

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
