Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to support decision making across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning and strategy development.
– Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, including budget vs. actual analysis and variance explanations.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models and business metrics to measure performance.
– Monitor and analyze market trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
– Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
– Communicate financial results and analysis to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
– At least 3-5 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
– Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.
– Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting software.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
– Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– CFA or similar certification is a plus.
