Role:

As a Project Manager at Brecks Group, you will be responsible for managing the entire process of construction projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with various stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

– Develop project plans and timelines that align with company goals and client requirements.

– Oversee the budget, schedule, and resources for each project.

– Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and resolving any potential issues.

– Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are being met.

– Communicate and collaborate effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure project success.

– Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

– Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

– Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

– Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.

– Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.

– Strong leadership and communication skills.

– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Knowledge of construction industry safety and quality standards.

– PMP certification is a plus.
