– Empathetic and patient when handling customer inquiries and concerns

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

– Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

– Availability to work weekends and evenings
