Job Description:
As a Business Service Manager at Brecks Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our business. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of various services to our clients, overseeing service quality and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the delivery of business services to diverse clients, including but not limited to consulting, project management, and financial services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
• Manage a team of service professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and building partnerships with other businesses.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor service performance and metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve the company’s services and competitive edge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business service management role.
• Proven track record of managing service delivery, driving business growth, and building partnerships.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
