Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via a variety of channels including email, phone, and chat
– Assist customers with order placement, product selection, and general inquiries
– Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
– Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner
– Monitor and track customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement
– Identify and implement process and procedure improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
– Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
– Meet and exceed individual and team-based performance targets
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
– Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
– Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple software systems
– Experience with CRM software is a plus
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume environment
– Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings, as needed
