We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, handling complaints, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. In this role, you will serve as the frontline of Brecks Group, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

– Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers

– Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints

– Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions

– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times

– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or manager

– Continuously strive to improve and maintain customer satisfaction levels

– Document all customer interactions and keep accurate records of customer accounts

– Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

– High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred

– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field

– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers

– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

– Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software

– Positive attitude and strong work ethic

– Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

– Fluency in a second language is a plus
