– Verify data by comparing it to source documents and detecting and correcting errors
– Update and maintain the integrity of existing data within the database
– Respond to data inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
– Keep sensitive customer and company information confidential
– Perform regular data backups to ensure data security and availability
– Collaborate with team members to improve data quality and ensure consistent data entry processes
– Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data entry and privacy
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1 years of data entry experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
– Excellent typing and numerical data entry skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data errors
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong communication skills
– Familiarity with databases and data management systems
– Knowledge of data privacy rules and regulations
