Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company targets

– Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the market

– Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet objectives

– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans

– Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss progress and challenges, and provide guidance and support to the team

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

– Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to continuously improve product offerings and increase market share

– Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform sales strategies

– Actively participate in trade shows and industry events to promote company products and explore new business opportunities

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

– 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry

– Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role

– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
