The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients for Brecks Group. They will play a pivotal role in driving sales, increasing revenue, and promoting the company’s brand image.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services

– Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking events

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service

– Cultivate new sales opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential clients in the market

– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the company’s offerings

– Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring maximum profitability for the company

– Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager

– Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities

– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotions

– Attend trade shows and conferences to represent the company and promote its products and services

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

– Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills

– Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

– Strong knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to closing

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

– Ability to travel as needed
